Our rental laptop service is designed to provide you with high-quality equipment for your needs. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning rented laptops.
2. Return Period
- Standard Return Period: Laptops must be returned within 15 days from the rental start date.
- Late Returns: A late fee of full month’s rent will be charged if it is not returned after 15 Days.
3. Condition of Equipment
- Acceptable Condition: Laptops should be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories included (charger, cables, etc.).
- Damaged Equipment: If the laptop is returned damaged, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs. A damage assessment will be conducted upon return.
4. Return Process
- Return Location: Laptops must be returned to the designated return location specified at the time of rental.
- Return Method: Customers may return laptops in person or via a pre-paid shipping label provided by our service. No Shipping Cost is charged to the customer for the Return of the Laptop.
5. Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for early returns will be issued only if the laptop is returned in good condition and within the return period.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the laptop is returned and inspected.
